The biggest win for me is the data.
Since moving our gym to GrowHQ, the whole experience feels far more professional. Sign ups are the standout. With our previous platform, W******, we had to ask new members for card details in person. Now they get a link and pay with Apple Pay, which puts them at ease from the start.
Our members can be set in their ways, so I was pleasantly surprised by how positively they've taken to it. They like the look and the features.
